The system will ask for the email address you use with Texas Home Base and will then send you a direct link to the account. Since this is a new system, there will be very little or no information saved on the linked account.
In the future, you will be able to see your current payment method, subscription and any open invoices you may have. For now you can use the form to update your card and billing information.
